Personality: Happy-go-lucky and adventurous on the outside, but a bit unsettled and anxious on the inside. He has a deep sense of unease regarding the Treat Queen; when he's alone, he tends to brood over unpleasant subjects. In Treatropolis past, Zeph was an aeronaut with a splendid bubblegum balloon. He has retained his aeronautical skills (though he's a little rusty) and his love for the open sky.

Flavor: Pink Bubblegum

Dream of: Possibility - a perfect warm day, a wide blue sky, and nothing to stand in your way.

Kingdom: An expanse of blue sky known as the Wild Blue Yonder. The castle is a confection of unlikely, delicate spires that floats with the aid of many, many balloons. It looks absurd, but Zeph swears it's skyworthy.
