HAPPY EGG WEEK 2023

It looks like they sleep paralysis demons have lovingly painted eggs for this week! However, due to the 700% rise in nightmare egg prices, we will no longer be distributing (real) nightmare eggs. Instead, enjoy these egg-week related events!

THE MOME KING

To kick it off, a giant, gluttonous, oversized mome has appeared, blocking everyone's path! We've put up warning label signs to not disturb the Mome King, but if you want to risk your luck grabbing something from the Mome King's treasure pile, you may be rewarded with all sorts of egg week goodies, including new Egg Week daydreams and some old returning goodies (that may not have much use but have sentimental value. Sometimes the mome king is extra vigilant and you get nothing...

• How does this work?: The mome king vigilantly guards its treasure pile, but sometimes gets tired, in fact, it gets tired exactly 3 times a day for exactly one hour! So for example, if it falls asleep at 12:00 am PST, it would stay asleep till 1:00 am PST. Site timezones are in PST (you can check the current site time here https://stygians.thesporkedken.com/, or on the mome king page)
• You can try EXACTLY ONCE PER NAP session the mome king has, so theoretically you could catch all three times a day it sleeps, though most likely 2/3 time zones. I've staggered the times it sleeps to accomodate for all timezones, that's why there's 3 "nap" sessions a day to try for prizes! Ie if it sleeps at lets say 12am, 8 am and 3pm, then you could get one prize per time window. You would not be able to get double the prizes (ie 2 prizes at the 12 am - 1am slot).

MOME KING WILL HAVE INCREASED LUCK AND EXCLUSIVE EGG WEEK PRIZES FROM NOW TILL APRIL 20th @ 11:59 PM PST Then, it will rotate back to "normal" prizes and normal luck! You can find all sorts of strange items and daydreams from its stash!

A SCATTERING OF HIDDEN EGGS!

Mystery eggs have been also been scattered all over the site! There are TEN TOTAL TO FIND! Upon finding one, they will turn into fantastic prizes!

• Where could they be?
• On literally any page on Stygians site (that is not a Stygian ML or Treat ML entry)
• They will not be on pages that require "levelling up" in content to see: like Adventure maps, Dreamlands later on zones, etc
• You'll receive a raffle ticket to a SPECIAL TREAT RAFFLE (see below) , x25 silver, AND a daydream/item for each egg you find!

While we cannot reveal any links of the mystery eggs (please also do not reveal these publically on discord or on site), we do however have a log of all eggs you found, so you can keep a track of how many out of the 10 you are missing and where you found them/ what you got from them!

AND LASTLY.. THE EGG HUNT TREAT RAFFLE!

A bunch of lovely artists have made some Treats to find new homes (made by Chobichocobo, Picopepin, and nothingyet). All egg hunt tickets you obtain will go into this raffle! You can check out the full list of prizes here! (More Treats may be added later)!

DESIGN A SPOOKY DAYDREAM EVENT

Do you have daydream ideas? Because we'd love to see them, and even with your permission, have these concepts donated for site use for ALL users to enjoy! This design event is [ spooky daydreams ] as these daydreams will be used in the upcoming new gardening zone update. 

DESIGN EVENT RULES:

• - Daydream MUST HAVE A SPOOKY INSPIRATION/THEME. This is because it will be released in the upcoming gardening expansion (haunted gardening). Examples could include: ghost themes, demons, pumpkins, were-creatures, mimics, gargoyles, literally anything to do with Halloween, even unusual creatures are fine. You dont need to base it off an existing creature (ie a dragon for example) and can make up one that has a slightly spoopy flair to it (ie a ghost wisp for example on its head).
  
  
• Daydream must be A FINISHED PRODUCT (coloured, shaded, PREFERRABLY lined) WITH A TRANSPARENT BG (SAVE IT IN .PNG OR .GIF FORMAT ) SAMPLES OF DAYDREAMS
  
  
• Daydream size must be MINIMUM 400 x 400 pixels. This is because we also use daydreams in adventuring and thats the minimum size for adventuring
  
  
• ONE ENTRY PER USER PLEASE! You can "compile" as .pngs a bunch of ideas into one image to submit if you wish, but only one design will be chosen! Please only SUBMIT your entry once as there are prizes attached to your submission! 
  
  
• Daydream designs cannot be based off existing daydreams (ie: no "mecha floresce" or anything, but you could design a mecha fish idea)
• Daydream designs cannot be based off existing IPS (ie after a Nintendo property for example)
  
  
• Daydream designs cannot be collaborated or commissioned, they must be designed by you! If youre iffy on your art there is no worries at all, everyone starts somewhere!
  
  
• By submitting you are okay that we use this daydream design for the site and for users to replicate this design in events such as "Daydream Rampage" etc etc (tldr you're okay donating this design to Stygians.)
  
  
• Your Daydream design is for site use only: they will never be profited off for as adoptable/individual design to be sold.
  
  
• You will in addition, if your design is chosen, get to colour a UNIQUE COLOURATION of that daydream design for you to keep 25 copies off (to keep, give to friends, etc).

HOW TO ENTER:

• STEP 1: Design your spooky daydream following the RULES above. (Fully rendered, at least 400x400px, transparent bg, spooky inspirations theme, must not be based off an existing daydream).
  
  
• STEP 2: Click on the [ SUBMIT ENTRY ] button below.
• FOR QUEST: CHANGE THE DROPDOWN QUEST TO [ DESIGN-001 ]
• FOR IMAGE: Upload the image in the image uploader
• FOR DESCRIPTION: Submit in the description the name of daydream + a blurb about it if you wish
• Do not fill out any other info other than these three listed above, do not fill out collaborator or add stygian skp.
• DO NOT USE THE EVENT CALCULATOR/ you do not need it

Ahh!! Who turned all the Stygian into Daydreams? Though I guess this way, they're now mostly harmless...

LUCKY CLOVER WEEK CANDYSWAP TOURNAMENT (ENDS MARCH 23 @ 11:59 PM PST)

Just for Lucky Clover week, a candyswap tournament with LIMITED TIME PRIZES!

❓ What is a minigame tournament? A tournament just means for a special amount of time, as long as you play the game in that window, you're eligible to event prizes, in this case daydreams AND Lucky Envelopes related to the weekly event! The points required are CUMULATIVE meaning, if something requires 300, you can play a game scoring 100, and a game scoring 200. If you score 3000 in one go, it will only count for one prize though, so just keep submitting scores to get the other prizes!

ITEM STORAGE IS NOW LIVE (beta version)

Is your items inventory too cluttered? Do you have issues finding everything or even getting it to load? Do you want to trade items but not specific ones and need a safe spot to put them in? Want to keep general items hidden from user view? Item storage is here!

• Use the [ INVENTORY TRANSFER ] to store up to 20 items at a time into your [ STORAGE ]
• To view your storage to go the [ STORAGE TRANSFER ] to view items there, and transfer them back to inventory!
• You can ADD ITEMS IN STORAGE TO YOUR FAVOURITES. Click on the item (image) and click [ ADD TO FAVOURITES ]. As long as that item is in storage (status removed when taken from storage), you can search your favourites by selecting the [ FAVOURITES ] from the [ CATEGORY ] search dropdown!
• All search features from items are now also in storage search including by name, type, rarity, etc etc and keywords!
• Click on an item in inventory xfer OR storage xfer to see detailed information about it! (Just a note some logs for older items are not available as item logs were coded differently a couple years back)
• Items in log will also show if it is in storage (for older items this does not work)

• 3 is be shorter just so it isn't too time consuming - you will get x1 raffle ticket, x3 glitch tokens, and 200 gold for part 3 completion as well! (Each part completed)
• Part 2 has also now has EXTRA HINTS if you click on the [ hint section ] for various parts of the map!
