ABOUT L-103: Frightmare

Only Arithma seems to be able to traverse his kningdom enough to know much about this recluse. He claims that Frightmare is a very curious fellow who loves studying the very fabric of nightmares themselves or something. It's pretty interesting to listen to over tea time but he can never remeber much as it is far above his knowledge.
