ABOUT T-1241: Austin

Deep in the depths of the sewers lies a mad scientist lab, where the Rat Man does his best work. He sleeps in the junkyard above, though, because of the toxic gas. It's not that big of a deal with his gas mask, but he prefers not to glow more than necessary.
