DeeDee is the manifested dream of a woman in her mid-50's, who grew up in the 70's. Her dream is a collection of memories from her childhood coalesced into a party held only for those that braved the cold temperatures outside to make merry.

A/N: This is very much still a WIP, she's not even certed as of writing this. I plan on making her dreamer into a diver, but I have to save up for the token so who knows if I'll get to drawing a design for her by the start of art fight. I honestly have more lore for her than DD right now. This whole project was originally an idea that snowballed into somethign way bigger than one character. Oops!
