One half of the two Fragments of Plunder. Born from the minds of pirates dreaming of leisure and cheer, Capella is a natural jester, forever preoccupied with entertaining those around him. He nearly never takes anything seriously, and although he is playful he can also be menacing and macabre, as a result of the nature of those who dreamt him up.

✶ Citadel of the Cosmic Forest ✶
Capella's castle. A forest of black plants with leaves that glitter like stars, pools of glowing white starlight, and a sky of perpetual foggy white daytime. The castle itself is a huge and highly mysterious onyx citadel, decorated with white and gold flags, tapestries, rugs and curtains, and accented with ornate golden figures and trims.

The black onyx fountains flow with white starlight, and the architecture of the streets is simultaneously playful and intense. Small planets spin in place at the tip of the highest towers, like toy balls spun on a performer's fingertip, matching the rainbow colors of the sparkles throughout the surrounding forest. Capella shares a planet with Polaris' castle, forming a near-perfect "half" of the globe. Passing from one dream to the other is as simple as walking out of the forest and into the desert.
