Harsh and loud when around others, Lament has a playfully rude sense of humor and sticks with friends that enjoy it, snarking back and forth at each other. She has an unfortunate temper when ignored in social situations, becoming louder and louder until someone notices she's frustrated. She usually goes to gatherings that a friend is at to avoid feeling alone.

Despite that, when she occupies herself with fishing alone, she calms down entirely, becoming patient and quiet. It soothes her.
