HOW TO FLORESCTIVAL BOOTHS + CREATE YOUR OWN:
Ready to dive into the wonders of Floresctival by exploring their booths? Want to make a festival booth of your own? Get started here!
SETTING UP A FESTIVAL BOOTH (MAX 1 PER USER)
NOTE: Setting up a Festival Booth is OPTIONAL - however you will get special rewards for doing so (See BOOTH-002 QUEST REWARDS)! If you are not ready to set up a booth, you can [ skip this step ] and go to [ EXPLORING FESTIVAL BOOTHS ]. Currency obtained from Festival Booths is from [ Exploring Festival Booths ], and not from setting up your own.
[ STEP 1 ] SET UP A BOOTH GRAPHIC:
Download the booth template below and play with it! Simple toggle on and off the layers as given to mix and match your own booth! If you cannot open this file you can try using a program such as photopea or even asking the discord for help!
Select [ one upper ] and [ one lower frame ] for your booth from the layers
Then add details! Where the daydream graphic/layer is, you can also just copy and paste a png of your Stygian hosting the booth instead. This is entirely up to you!
You can move the layers around for the additional graphics as well (do not move the top and bottom booth layers). The world's your oyster as long as it fits in the given canvas size, do not increase the size. If you are proficient with Photoshop, you are free to change the colours or add details to your booth graphic, or even make your own (as long as it again, fits into the given canvas size). [ STEP 2 ] SUBMIT YOUR BOOTH (MAX 1 PER USER)
Now you are ready to view your booth for real! Open the [ SUBMIT EVENT QUEST ] button using the link below!
[1] Make sure the quest is [ BOOTH - 002 ] [2] Under [ Upload Image ], [ Upload your booth image ][3] Under [ Writing Quests ], submit the full format of your booth. This is where you write the lore and activity of your booth. COPY AND PASTE THE TEMPLATE BELOW, making sure to keep the [ ABOUT ] and [ FESTIVAL ACTIVITY ] sections[4] Under [ Add Stygian ], attach your Stygian (select by ID) and select 0 SKP. This is optional but allows us to track your Stygian better. Additional notes: When creating your booth, if you want to include additional images, please upload them to your Stygian's Gallery (Stygian profile -> gallery dropdown) and link the URLs OR upload them to a public image repository.

[ ABOUT YOUR BOOTH ]: Your Stygian has set up their own Floresctival (festival) booth! Describe the booth a little
- An introduction to your Stygian and the booth is great like a written greeting, some dialogue, even a little bit of interaction (ie waving, saying hi, looking bored, etcetc), something to build into why they set up this booth.
[ FESTIVAL ACTIVITY ]: What sorts of treats are they offering, and what variety of prizes? A note: all prizes are IC (in character), but participants to your Stygian's booth will also be rewarded in game tokens.
- Make sure the prompt is EASY TO UNDERSTAND but also FITS THE FESTIVAL THEME. Think of them like festival vendors! A prop or multiple propts are recommended, describe them! ie: Draw/write your Stygian purchasing a Floresce balloon. Draw/write your Stygian having purchased some shaved ice candy from this booth (list the flavours). Draw/write your Stygian shooting down Floresce target dummies, etc.
- You can have a Stygian turns into X animal/creature prompt but make sure its still somewhat challenging to draw and not like "your Stygian turns into a single colour blob"
- However it should be ONE WRITING or ART prompt, or have options for both!
- Writing prompt req is 250 words, art prompt req is SKETCH + COLOUR or LINES + SHADE/ HALFBODY + whatever the prompt requires. Ie: if the prompt requires a Stygian holding a balloon.. it should hold a balloon.
EXAMPLE: Welcome to [ PUZZLE'S MYSTERY BOOTH ] [ D-009 ].
[ ABOUT YOUR BOOTH ]:
In the rather simplistic looking booth, there is in the center a big six-sided dice. A small red fish-shaped Stygian greets you, waving a single hoof. "Hello, are you here to tr yout my mystery dice?"
[ FESTIVAL ACTIVITY ]:
Roll a dice below in a comment below to see which prompt you get, then submit an event quest (FESTIVAL-002) with the reply!
Roll a 1: Your Stygian shakes open the dice ... a smaller dice. A dice in a dice?
Roll a 2: Surprise! Your Stygian gets covered in confetti!
Roll a 3: Your Stygian wins... a miniature version of themselves, how cute!
Roll a 4: Your Stygian turns into a fish... thats nice?? At least they still look like themselves!
Roll a 5: Your Stygian starts to float - oh no!
Roll a 6: Your Stygian suddenly feels compelled to marry Puzzle. Wait.. someone stop them!
If you need more guidance, try clicking on a [ festtival booth ] below to see how others set up their booths! If everything looks good, hit [ SUBMIT ]! Your booth will be added to the FLORESTIVAL EVENTS LIST, which you can see below! You're ready to now explore other Festival booths hooray!
UPDATING YOUR BOOTH: If you are updating your world, just go to your page you were given once your booth was approved, and click [ EDIT ]. You'll be able to edit it as many times as you like, but please make sure to not change the prompts unless its to clarify them.
VISITING OTHER BOOTHS ( MAX 3 A DAY PER USER )
If you are looking to obtain [ EVENT TOKENS ] and event quest rewards, you will want to visit OTHER peoples Floresctival Booths (see below)!
[ STEP 1 ] PICK A BOOTH TO START (MAX 3 A DAY PER USER):
Click on VISIT FLORESCTIVAL BOOTHS (same link also above) and select a colourful booth! Read the page information, and follow the prompt!
Quest prompts requirements are as seen below.
- Writing prompt req is 250 words
- Art prompt req is SKETCH + COLOUR or LINES + SHADE. HALFBODY MIN
- BOTH PROMPTS MUST FULFILL whatever the booth prompt requires. Ie: if the prompt requires a Stygian holding a balloon... it should hold a balloon.
- MAKE SURE TO SPECIFY WHO'S BOOTH YOU VISITED WITH THE [ BOOTH NAME ]
You can only participate in the same booth ONCE per day. You can earn a max of THREE event currency from booths per day (so 3 booths if you really want to). This counts when the festival quests are submitted using the date and time on the site. For example, if you turn in 5 booth quests on Oct 3rd, you would only earn 3 event currency between those five quests. This is a month long+ event, so the cap is to prevent users from burning out too much!
You can interpret any of the usermade prompts however you want, keeping in mind the general lore that user has created! Once you have made quest art/writing of that prompt as dictated, you are ready to turn it in! [ STEP 2 ] TURNING IN YOUR QUEST:
Once you are happy and have created your quest for that booth, you can turn it in! Go to [ SUBMIT BOOTH QUEST ] to submit your quest! Your quest will be submitted as [ BOOTH -001 ]
Make sure to mention in the prompt somewhere (ie in the description or text) the [ BOOTH NAME ] (ie: Puzzle's Mystery Booth) for context.
You can also drop a comment in a user's booth to show them your quest link once it has been approved. They may enjoy that too!
