You are greeted extremely eagerly by a doglike Stygian who waves you over to his booth. The signs on it are handpainted, but they all look like he was too excited to wait for the letters to dry before hanging them. Several piles of little trinkets and slips of paper sit atop the surface of the booth itself, accompanied by a mismatched scattering of writing utensils.

"Hi! Hello! Are you gonna vote for me? I'm the best one for the job, my credentials speak for themselves! And if you promise you'll vote for me, you can have something I brought to share!"

If you pretend to know what he's talking about, you can just move along and take a souvenir!

If you say that there isn't an election, or anything that's being voted on at all, he stares at you with a big smile and slightly vacant eyes that betray his inability to process this.
