PRIMORDIAL EVOLUTION

We were wrong.

The labyrinth does not exist below the Nightmare Tree, it has become a part of the tree's roots. The corruption has spread along the branches, up into the leaves, deeply affecting anything it touches. It is a plague, it is a curse, it is an abomination.

It is an evolution.

Not in the linear sense, where one evolves to something greater, but in the purest of sense, where one returns to what it should have been. For before the Nightmare Tree itself, there was only the labyrinth, and it was given a deeper name, a far greater purpose.

For now we have named this strange affliction-

 USING YOUR PRIMORDIAL POTION:
[ STEP 1 ] : Check to see if you own the item! You can see if you do in your site inventory.

[ STEP 2 ] : Now pick one of your Stygian! Only PRIMORDIAL MYO SUBSPECIES LISTED ON THIS PAGE can be used. You must own the pre-existing subspecies to evolve it. For example, Grendels (regular or alt myos) can evolve to Primordial Grendels, only Dragons can evolve to Primordial Dragons. (It wouldn't be a subspecies evolution if it was a different subspecies after all!)

  •  ALL STYGIAN SUBSPECIES CAN EVOLVE TO PRIMORDIAL REGULAR.
    • If you do not see your desired subspecies, you can wait for a future date for more primordial evolutions, though this may take a reasonable amount of time (no release date guaranteed).
  •  PRIMORDIAL POTIONS ARE A DEMI-GOD TRAIT.
    • Meaning, if you decide to evolve your Stygian from dragon to Primordial dragon, and then obtain a serpent Alt MYO Token for them later, your Serpent will automatically have the option to use the primordial evolution appearance rather than the regular. This is one OR the other, having a primordial appearance REPLACES your existing Stygian appearance - primordial potions are not alt myos.
  •  YOU CAN ADD THE POTION WITHOUT CHANGING YOUR STYGIAN APPEARANCE.
    • You do not need to "evolve" your Stygian if you prefer their original form. This will allow you to simply passively keep the primordial trait on your Stygian and add your Guardian trait onto them. Additional potions such as your addon Guardian trait, rare potions, etc, must be purchased through the items shop.
  •  A PRIMORDIAL POTION GRANTS ONE FREE REBASE (per stygian / potion)
    • This allows them to change from the regular species to the primordial species at the time of application for the alt form it is applied to. If you choose to keep their original form, the rebase the potion offers cannot be used later or carried over to another alt form.
    • Any other existing alt forms the Stygian has can have the Primordial Trait carried over to them (with individual myo udates for each form), but they do not automatically obtain a free rebase to the Primoridal Form. In order to evolve these forms, you would need to use an appropriate rebase or rewind ticket.
  •  PRIMRODIAL SUBSPECIES COUNT AS A SEPERATE SUBSPECIES FORM THEIR REGULAR VERSIONS.
    • A Stygian's form cannot change from primordial to regular (or back) without being rebased. You can, however, have both a primordial alt form and a regular alt form of the same subspecies, so they can use both types in quests.
    •  Primordial Subspecies cannot pass down being Primordial to Guardians. They will only pass down their base subspecies to Guardians. (A Primordial Dragon would only pass down the base Dragon subspecies)
  •  ELDER LEGENDARY STYGIAN
    • Legendary Stygian with the Elder legendary subspecies follow the same rules, meaning if they obtain a Serpent alt form, they can apply the serpent primordial appearance (if they choose to do so).
 PRIMORDIAL POTIONS AND GUARDIAN TRAITS:
  •  The Primordial Trait unlocks one Guardian Trait Slot when applied to a Stygian. This is only an unlocked Guardian Trait Slot - not a Guaridan Trait itself. This unlocked slot still requires a Guaridan Trait Potion to apply the trait.

  •  The Guardian Trait unlock slot carries over to any alt form that the Primordial Trait is carried over to. Only the Guardian Trait Slot carries over, not the Guaridan Trait itself. Each new alt form requires a new Guardian Trait potion.

  •  For more information on Guaridan Traits, see here: Guardian Trait List and Potion Information.
