[ Knight of Clubs (IC ONLY) ]: Sleight of hand: If you're not careful, this Treatling can swap existing objects for shadowy versions of them instead. Sure, their cloning techniques aren't perfect, but you know what they say about finders keepers.
An Assassin in Candyland
A typical cynical idiot with a heart of gold. Cisil was probably a lemon drop in a past life and his gap moe skills are very strong.
His personality can be summarized as "cactus-like". He's extremely serious on the surface, and about as welcoming as a block of ice; if you can get past the bitter exterior, though, there's still sweetness and softness to be found.
The war and fracture of Treatropolis have made him tart, prone to fits of melancholy and angry moodswings. He holds a very deep hatred in his heart for Stygians, their realms, and their king. He is loyal only to Treatropolis, its citizens, and the Queen.
He's part of the Queensguard, and acts as one of the Queen's assassins. He is usually protecting the Queen herself when not keeping an eye on the current citizens of Treatropolis from the shadows, or is sometimes gone far afield on missions. His castles are naturally very close to the Queen's castle at the heart of the city.
Skills
Cloak and Dagger: (Animated Weapons Mastery); (Royal Initiation); (Mark of the Guard)
Cisil has 3 floating daggers which can form together to create a long, curved knife. His weapon, named Rú, is sentient; its spirit takes the form of a black merlin, and rarely, the smaller dagger forms of Rú take the appearance of butterflies.
Sleight of Hand: If you're not careful, this Treatling can swap existing objects for shadowy versions of them instead. Sure, their cloning techniques aren't perfect, but you know what they say about finders keepers.
Treatling Dream and Nightmare: (Candy Form Mutation: Rock Candy.) Allows Cisil to turn into a different form, covered in a thin sheet of rock candy.
Kingdom of Justice: He has two different kingdoms; the first remains in stasis, perfectly unchanged from his life before the war, and he does not visit it often. The second is a place he touches base with to rest and recuperate.
Treatling Speech: Able to speak normally when in treat form.
Past
Cisil was created from a sweet dream of luck and joy, and was a playful treatling who loved to help others. He was a risk taker, a gambler, and loved feats of acrobatic daring and skill; mostly because there hadn't been a bet he'd ever lost. He was not one for violence. As there was peace in Treatropolis for many ages, his position as part of the Queensguard was more decorative, and his non-violent attitude towards his own position never really became much of a problem until war broke out.
The war changed Cisil for the worse. Struggling with the atrocities he had to commit against others, he fell into a deep depression until the fracture of the sun diminished him, and he lost all memory of himself. While he has regained those memories now, it's like it all belongs to a distant stranger and not Cisil himself.
The Heartless In-Between
Sometime during the war, Cisil had his candy heart stolen by a Stygian sea-witch, who wanted to keep it as a trophy in her nightmare realm alongside the hearts (and tails) of other treatlings she had conquered. Cisil's strength and magical power of dreams was so great that he survived this, just barely; though he lost track of the Stygian who stole it.
After the fracture of the Treatropolis sun, Cisil faded into a small treat-form like all others of his kind. He 'woke' again as a treatling in the realm of the In-Between, an alternate version of Treatropolis that remains in purgatory. When he escaped that place he found himself back in the regular Treatropolis, far in the future where it is slowly being rebuilt from its crisis, and with a few new strange abilities.
Though Cisil isn't sure what happened, he feels he 'came-to' in the In-Between because of the circumstances surrounding his missing heart, which had also once put him in a state of in-between. He has still not recovered it; he longs to find it, and searches for any trace of the Stygian and her kingdom in his spare time.
