The Crone: gentle and genteel, she is elegant and reserved, although at times a marked tiredness hangs on both her words and her movements. She is rarely moved to anger, and when she is, it is a cold, righteous, contained fury that bends for no one, rather than a tempest. She has a tendency to think herself above any authority but her own, and that everyone else should be subject to none other. She is not above manipulating those around her to get what she wants, including by exaggerating her own weariness if required, but would rather dispense with the whole business and see everyone submissively fall into the natural order of things: obeying her wishes and not indulging in nonsense.
