ABOUT L-401: Ash Monarch 
The Pale Monarch
He prefers to wander around his kingdom or sometimes lounging around his treehouse but he's normally on the move especially if there's others certainly in his kingdom. Though his watching weeds are literally like.. his version of spy cameras/extra eyes, so he can see whatever you're doing and location.
Personality wise; like most faes, is fickle and unpredictable, can shift in a snap of a finger. He also have he's own sense of morality that would be not easily understood to many. And yes, he can hold grudges.
Would also do things that'll amuse him, especially if youre scared of bugs. Dont mind him causally walking pass or even just wiggling on the ground in his labby form- Do beware of the gifts you get from him even if you're in close relations to him.
