Whistle is a very uptight and by the rules kind of Stygian. He works as a lifeguard and is always blowing his whistle and getting upset and uptight about something. Very health motivated and tries to stay as healthy as possible. Is known to jump into the pool to sae someone he thinks is drowning only to discover they aren't in any danger at all. Doesn't like weakness and thus when he does his "how to swim" class sometimes will throw treats or other stygian into the pool without warning.
