Personality: Charming, whimsical, and a social butterfly, Phaenn appears to be a harmless flirt who loves clever wordplay. This is true, for the most part, but Phaenn has a darker undercurrent of trickery. They would stab as a warning, smiling the entire time, and be cheerfully unrepentant afterwards.

The Dreamer is utterly lost in this place, forced to confront a single thought: In this density of information, of history, how could anyone hope to make a mark? How could anyone be remembered?
