Valentina is affectionate, overbearing, and possessive. At first blush, she almost seems spoiled sweet. But her love and affection are incredibly conditional. Her pets, her treasures, her friends and lovers are hers and hers alone. If she catches even a whiff that they're unhappy with her or her gifts and choices, she cuts them off quite quickly. So she doesn't really keep friends for all too long, and the ones she does keep are usually only in it for the benefits and gifts. Faer behavior stems from a fear of rejection, so fae tries to make the people fae loves dependent on her, usually through gifts of gold and silver, food, or clothes. Fae'll try to control different things about faer friend's or pets lives little by little, so they can't leave her as easily. She's terrified of being alone, and will do anything to try to prevent that from happening.
