If justice comes about the form of its sibling, then perhaps judgement comes in the form of Oein. Although, the quality of said judgement is... Rather bizarre. Born from an intense bought of nightmares of being watched and percieved, Oein exists, now, for better or worse.

Unlike his far more reserved sibling, Oein has no real regard for personal space- he is endlessly curious and fascinated with everything but his own business. In fact, he derives quite a big deal of enjoyment out of being involved in yours. It treads around with a rather inappropriate amount of joy and mirth as it stares down others, laughing cheerfully when it knows it's been caught. It looks to simply look, to simply be there, to watch others' lives for the sake of watching. And in that, despite his smaller size, he can be incredibly unsettling.

Perhaps it's due to the nightmare it came from. Perhaps it's due to its own self interest. Perhaps it's just him.

It doesn't mean any harm, at least. Or at least, that's what it says. Whether or not you choose to believe that is completely up to you.

Oein's nightmare kingdom is best described as an extension of the depths of its sibling's. Night-time like darkness envelops the entire area, and even the peaks of the steep, rocky valleys that make up the kingdom are blanketed in darkness. At the very highest points of its kingdom, there is the faintest bit of light- but it is far, far, out of reach. The cliffsides are far too vertical to scale, and should you attempt to fly, there are... Eyes, everywhere.

However, unlike Karuma's kingdom, these eyes are very, very bright, and very, very visible- and watching you, oh so closely. As ominous as they are, the stare is not predatory, nor full of malice... But it's also not comfortable. What are they seeing? Are they judging you? What do they know about you that you don't?
