Tuna's adopted daughter! Tevy is a highly playful stygian whos favorite pastime seems to be getting in trouble. While much of her day is taken up by ferrying visitors to her and Tuna's shared home, that doesn't stop her from playing a prank or two on the some poor random victim. Despite her notoriety as a class-clown, she is still well-liked among her patrons. 

While she looks up to her father more than anyone else, she does not share his inherent dislike for a certain troublesome wyrm. As such, if you cant seem to find Tevy in her father's kingdom, more likely than not she's over at Apathy's brewing up some diabolical new prank together with him.
