Azilash is Aeon's shadow. They were created at the same time, embodying different aspects of the same dream. While they share the same origin, their natures are fundamentally incompatible and they avoid each other as much as they can. His personality is also a distinct contrast to Aeon's outgoing nature. He's very much an introvert, preferring to work alone and rarely trusting others even if they appear friendly. He is often focused on his own thoughts and duties, speaking bluntly when he needs to interact with unfamiliar people.

Once a cartographer of the twin realms, Azilash was trapped in the In-Between when the Treatropolis Sun shattered and subsequently cursed to continuously break apart and reform. Sherbert saved him and helped him escape, but the Sun's curse remained, condemning him to an eternity of suffering. He emerged from the In-Between to find his old colleagues missing and his home altered beyond recognition. Without a place to return to, he left for the Nightmare Realm, seeking respite from a world that no longer wanted him. There, he met a reclusive Stygian named Nier. While the two of them fought frequently at first, he earned Nier's respect and was allowed to stay in his Kingdom. They eventually started a relationship and now spend their days together in seclusion.

The Sun's curse has degraded his essence and he will disappear soon. However, he's not too bothered by it - he's tired, mostly, and just wants to rest.
