Lian - The Queen of Frozen Hearts

Long since separated from the Nightmare Realm by her deep seated paranoia and understanding of mortal nature, Lian has found joy in only the cold and frost of her isolated kingdom. She fears what she creates and encourages, knowing that her realm could turn on her at any time. Born from the dreams of a queen betrayed by the one who she loved the most, Lian has been around for centuries. Even so, her time has faded into one long expanse of lonely nothingness. Lian rarely leaves her kingdom, even for human nightmares, as the nightmare that created her was so passioned that it has sustained her for all this time. 

Perhaps then it was Lian's cold nature that so attracted her to the sun. Bitter, untrusting, and cheerless... she often felt like a shadow compared to her sunny friend Louis. For a while, she and Louis were dear friends, perhaps even closer than that, but unwilling to risk heartache, she shut both Louis and their dear Fen out of her life. She does not know what they are doing now. Just that they are happy without her, and perhaps, that is what makes her the most bitter-hearted. 

She is fine. She has her ice sculptures to perfect. She can ice-skate. She can admire her realm for the millionth time. If Lian's heart stays frozen, it will never melt away.
