Decay resides mostly in his swamp, The Murky Swamp, but can on occasion be found in the gardens of his best friend and lover, Eden. 

 

He's slow to anger (slow to do just about anything) and doesn't mind visitors to his swamp as long as they don't wake him from his napping.
