A dream of a destiny fulfilled beneath the stars.
About
Hoshi does not remember who he once was - his time as a Treat resulted in him losing most of his memories, a fact he has a difficult time contending with. Having forgotten even his own name, for a time he went by the name given to him by Somnia as a Treat, 'Comet' - though these days he's gone back to his nickname of Hoshi.
As for what he did recall...
The Hundred Years War. Stygian were enemies, or so he'd been told once upon a time when he was called to fight. But, he remembered this particular group of Stygian he found himself surrounded by now caring for him as a Treat, and it clashed with what he thought he knew.
The only other memory that remained was of Tsuki and her importance to him. Someone who was always by his side, who he cared for and cared for him in turn, who he vowed to stay beside forever...and he had lost her. He recalled so few details, yet still was driven strongly by the feelings in his heart to seek her out.
He couldn't understand why Somnia and the others are willing to aid him in his search - but nevertheless he accepted their help, figuring that the more people looking, the more chances he'd have of finding her. He guessed they weren't so bad...for Stygian...
Since he and Tsuki reunited, he's softened up around Somnia's group a bit, though struggles to maintain the mask that he feels distant to them. This pretense falls away around Tsuki, who he both cares deeply for and also is inwardly terrified of not living up to her memory of him...
♦ Seiun: Comet's rabbit companion. Like all other familiars, Seiun is an extension of Comet himself, and can think independently of him. As a result, he has a deeper insight into Comet's thoughts and feelings than even he himself is aware of. Once, he acted as something of a voice of reason for Comet, though despite the restoration of his 'master's' form, he is unable to speak anymore...maybe it has something to do with Comet's memory loss? Normally he keeps Seiun hidden unless he is actively interacting with him - to see Seiun around, especially when Comet looks upset or despondent, is usually a bad sign.
