We choose to go to the moon. We choose to go to the moon in this decade and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard, because that goal will serve to organize and measure the best of our energies and skills. We set sail on this new sea because there is new knowledge to be gained, and new rights to be won, and they must be won and used for the progress of all people.

The Prince is the leader of the Starbound Court, a group of Stygians and Treatlings who weave dreams and nightmares related to the stars and space. He aspires to spread the presence of the galaxy across both the Nightmare Realm and the waking world. As per court custom, he is known by his title instead of a name. Unlike most of the other Court members (who sometimes go by their personal names in other situations), his true name remains a mystery to all.

Dazzling yet inscrutable, his charismatic personality was instrumental in gathering his Court, who come from vastly different walks of life. The organization is based in his Kingdom on a floating castle. He gives his Court the freedom to pursue their shared goals in their own way, while he works to further both the Court's influence and his personal agenda - Cosmogenesis.
