Vincent is a Legendary Stygian, a Divine child of the Branch of Media. His nightmare is that of surveillance, the two way mirror of watching and being watched. The world changing as entertainment erodes truth and as propaganda replaces language and community. He is the state of looking into the black mirror and having it reach back in turn.

His human form has a measured voice and the kind of handsome face that is built for trust. As a Stygian he is stranger, his face a television, one that allows him to wear whatever expression he pleases. It is as much a mask as any face could possibly be, and it suits his branch just fine.

Vincent thrives where entertainment twists itself into belief. Where the meat of infrastructure meets effortless glamour, where committees decide what insecurity society wears next. He is power and cynicism, the greatest and most modern nightmare, social media, television, internet. To receive his signal is to wonder, much too late, which thoughts were ever yours.
