Suzu is a white, innocent, and childlike Stygian; they—and the Kingdom of Nightmares they inhabit—are elusive, cloud-like entities, reminiscent of a distant, foreign amusement park or a cherished memory.
Yet, aside from these peculiar traits, they are the very picture of an innocent, willful, and energetic child. They love to play, possess a reckless streak, and endlessly shower affection upon everyone they meet.

However, in their desperate bid to remain a child, they cast aside many parts of themselves. In essence, they endlessly replay their own memories and the Kingdom of Nightmares, all to preserve that state of childhood.
That is precisely why they can remain forever innocent and young—why they can remain fearless.
To them, the only things truly frightening are the vegetables secretly slipped into their dinner that they dislike, or the monsters that might be lurking under the bed... or so it seems. But is that really all there is to it?

If they are merely feigning ignorance, who could possibly tell? Would your eyes, fixed on the future, ever catch a glimpse of those discarded, youthful pains? Even if you do not see them, they bear witness to those pains in your stead. And what if their appointed role—in place of those "discarded things"—is to bind you forever? ...What would you do then?
