The wide-eyed brother of Valerie, returned from a long, long... 'holiday'.

A lonely guy who seems to take a strange solace in what he does and justifies his own craft as a purer form of nightmare than all that corrupted sort. He seems to treat it like a game he's only recently gotten back into playing, though he has even less trouble unsettling stygian or dreamer alike nowadays, for somewhat differing reasons. There's just a little too much enthusiasm put into wreaking havoc on dreamers, just a little too little care offered for his cervine bretheren.

There's something odd about that stygian, there is. 

In terms of rationale and less shallow interpretations he represents that facet of... running away from the more serious and drab world of grown-ups to stay in the blithe happiness of childhood/adolescence is equivalent to when you're basically immortal. It's because of this that recovery's been moderately difficult for him, since he's never been good at mentally coping with a certain extent of complex issues, always preferring to flee back into his happy, careless life where mom and aunt and big sis can handle all the hard stuff and he doesn't need to think or stress anymore. But when mom and aunt and big sis don't feel comfortable anymore, and mister clem isn't letting him go back to P– isn't showing him how to go back to where everything was familiar and nice, then what can he do...?

His nightmare of specialty tends to include sleep paralysis dreams. 

Contrary to common belief, his eyes glow white.
