Fortuna (or Tuna, as most call him) is a rather unassuming Stygian, despite his flashy appearance. He is largely anti-social and greatly prefers to interact with those he is not familiar with in silence. Regardless, he is incredibly polite and well-mannered, and is well-liked as a result. He spends most of his time in his nightmare kingdom either watching after his children or baking up some new recipe. 

His kingdom consists of wide-open cloudscapes scattered with floating islands and large masses of water. While this is rather inconvinient to those without wings, Tuna has no problem with ferrying people to and from his home in the center of these bubbly clouds (provided theyre small enough to carry...) . Otherwise, his daughter Tevy "runs" a ferrying business to the main house- Tuna's confections, though rather ugly, have quite the loyal fanbase of people who come every day to get a new order.
