Once fragmented wisps of the collective fears of death twisted into something worse, Wisp was trapped after trying to enact her will. However, upon breaking free and acquiring a more substantial form, she assumed her role as lich queen, a symbol of the worst traits that come with an obession with avoiding death and the hunger it invokes. She now rules her solemn kingdom with an iron fist, easily able to manipulate the energies of life and death in service of her heartless decrees as she challenges others to stand against her. Perhaps one day one will defeat her with words if not blade and she can be convinced to change her ways. Until then, she's more than happy to serve as the final witness to a world where even death may die and all live in perfect bliss as undead corpses under her rule.
