TEM COLLECTIONS/ITEM TROPHIES ARE HERE

Do you have too many items? Do you ever wish your Stygian could literally collect/keep an item in their collection/inventory/ as a trophy? Your Stygian can now start their own item collection!

To get started, [ click on a Stygian you own ]-> [ COLLECTION ] tab (scroll down, next to weapons tab)-> [ MANAGE THEIR COLLECTION ]

MY STYGIAN -> Click Stygian -> Collection TAB (Scroll down)

Items can be collected in THREE DIFFERENT CATEGORIES: Food, Equipment, and Treasure. Only SPECIFIC items can be converted into a collectable. You can only add one of each item per Stygian.

HOW TO CONVERT Click on an item from its respective collection type (navigate using the buttons) to convert it to a collectable. When an item is CONVERTED into a collectable, you will get points for it! The item is removed from your inventory, but PERMANENTLY turned into a collection item your Stygian owns (and shows up in their collections tab).

LEVEL UP PROFICIENCY PRIZES After enough APPRAISALS your Stygian will level up a proficiency in one of these three collection types. Each level of up each type will give different and unique prizes, including skp for that Stygian, unique collectable items ,and achievements!

EDITING COLLECTABLE DESCRIPTION You can also edit an item and its description! To edit an item to make this a special item for your Stygian, click on the item to edit its name/description.

COLLECTABLES ARE PERMANENT "ITEM TROPHIES" FOR YOUR STYGIAN Converted items to collectables permanently show up in your Stygian's collections! Basically this item is a trophy for your Stygian/ belongs to that Stygian! This will show up when users click on that item on their profile, and if you have edited their description, will show a canonical description of however they want to describe/name the item! For instance, did your raid key come from another Stygian as a gift? As something they earned? As something they tripped over?

NEW Dreamlands Updates!

To celebrate a belated post-release from the event, here are some massive NEW Dreamlands updates! What is the Dreamlands? It's a site minigame that simply requires a "choose your own adventure" survival style of gameplay, reminiscent of old pixel games of that genre. By completing new zones and levelling up, you can gain access to FANTASTIC prizes, and tokens to spend int he shop below!

THREE NEW ZONES! Three NEW zones have been introduced: The Aetheneum, The Labyrinth, and W?nd?rl?nd! They have a hard - expert level difficulty, but if you master them for the first time you can some wonderful prizes such as: gold, shadow tokens, daydreams, medallions and more! There is also a special achievement for tackling the hardest of these zones!

OLD ZONE ADJUSTMENTS The old zones have been scaled back in difficulty (Forest, Desert, Darkwoods, Peaks) to help anyone new to Dreamlands to get started!

NEW SHOP STOCK Plenty of new stock have been added to the Dreamlands shoppe! You can check it out here! You may see also some new NPC plushes, and never-released before daydreams!

MISC BUG FIXES There's been some misc bug fixes such as some UI updates (minor), and pagination updates (so hiring you can actually see paginated searches)

SUMMERWEEN SPECIAL PROMPT - ENDS AUGUST 31st @ 11:59 PM PST

Summerween has arrived - and the pranksters are out in full force, littering Stygian Nightmares and Treatling Dreams will all sorts of out of season spooky decorations. Can your Stygian/Treatling put a stop to this before it gets out of hand?
There is a special prompt below, where upon entering you will also get exclusive prizes such as a special daydream, 50 gold, 10 shadow tokens, AND a Summerween raffle ticket!. 5 lucky winners of the Summerween raffle will get a GHOST POTION and the other five a PRIMORDIAL POTION!

• You will need to make sure you have a registered Stygians account first so you can obtain your items/log your progress!
• Then, read all the rules + info given!
• Take a look at the puzzle picture, and try to solve it! Clues are found ONLY ON STYGIANS SITE, no DA access is required.
• To get a hint, type "hint" into the answers box if you are having issues!
• Have fun and happy puzzle hunting!

NEW Event CAPTURABLE ZONE:

A new [ CAPTURABLE ZONE ] has appeared with capturable daydreams in the EVENT ZONES! Bring home a Gem Dragon... coloured just like your birthstone!

• Gem Dragon Isles is full of vicious gem dragons! Most of them refuse to be captured!
• However if you are lucky, you will see a CAPTURABLE ONE! Those only show up as a final boss, OCCASIONALLY.
• Whittle it down to low health until a CAPTURABLE ICON pops up!
• Then, throw your ADVENTURE CAPSULE at it!
• Different capturable gem dragons will show up every time you do the zone!
• There are also BOSS LEVEL gem dragons that may show up randomly. They do not drop a daydream but may drop a rare one-time drop prize if you manage to defeat one!
• When you capture a Daydream (Gem Dragon), it shows up in your DAYDREAMS INVENTORY
• The EVENT SHOPPE (Tavern) has also been RESTOCKED WITH MORE CAPTURE CAPSULES for you to buy (double the amount as prior)

GARDENING UPDATE + EVENT RECIPES:

GARDENING: Gardening is here! A strange vendor in the EVENT SHOPPE (tavern) is selling questionable [ SURPRISE GOOB SEED PACKETS ]. Procure some, plant them, and see what you get! You can even turn them into the [ GARDENING ALCHEMY TAB ] for [ LIMITED EVENT PRIZES ].



HOW TO EVENT GARDEN:

• Step 1: Purchase EVENT ONLY GOOB SEED PACKETS in the EVENT SHOP and then use them to make LIMITED TIME RECIPES
• Step 2: Plant them in your garden plot!. If you've never done Gardening belfore PLEASE COMPLETE THE TUTORIAL FIRST to see how to plant hybrid plants etc!
• Step 3: Water your packets! If you need help try joining the Stygians Discord, or asking some buddies, - there is a #gardening-clicks-links channel specifically for gardening watering in the discord!
• NEW TO GARDENING: You can also pay 5 shadow tokens to add +25 waters to your plot and skip this process now! Simply click on [ $ SKIP WATERING ]
• Step 4: When your plants are ready, harvest, them and bring them over to LIMITED TIME ALCHEMY in gardening! (Or click on -> ALCHEMY in the Gardening header then sort by -> EVENT ).
• Step 5: Craft whatever you can make as these will disappear after the event!

EVENT HOUSING RELEASE

HOUSING: The ever popular Housing returns for the [ DREAM-ONLINE ] event! Some poor homeless DREAM-ONLINE citizens want to move in... can you help them out?



HOW TO EVENT HOUSE (or click on HOW TO BUILD in the housing page):

• Step 1: See what your tenants want from you: certain HOUSING ITEMS can be purchased in various shops or obtained in activities such as Adventures. Housing Goobs can be found in the EVENT SHOP
• Step 2: Craft your houses on the housing page! Just a note that items need to be fed one at a time.
• Step 3: Once your houses are build, come back every day to collect your rent! You can get all sorts of fun prizes exclusive to housing! (If you want a sneak peack just click on "Housing Gacha list"!
• NEW TO GARDENING: You can also pay 5 shadow tokens to add +25 waters to your plot and skip this process now! Simply click on [ $ SKIP WATERING ]
• Step 4: Thats it! If want to reduce the wait time by an hour, you can upgrade your houses TWICE! This will however, require more housing ingredients!

The Dreamlands, the fabled northernmost point of the DREAM-ONLINE map. It is said those who quest there often get lost, forgotten, or disappear, but those who return also do so with great riches! DREAMLANDS SITE GAME IS NOW OPEN Visit the above link, and simply navigate the pages as you go. There is no specific tutorial for it: instead I've added text and helpful tips to explain the mechanics of Dreamlands.

HOW TO DREAMLANDS + REWARDS:


Select a party of Stygian, bring a wagon full of items, and of course some mercenary to escort your Stygian to their final destination!
As you travel, your party will encounter [ RANDOM EVENTS ]. Try your best to make decisions to deal with them accordingly! Correct decisions will yield you better rewards, and sometimes avoid taking damage, progress, or hunger loss! In addition, you can use your [ ITEMS ] you have equipped or your [ HELPERS ] to fetch you temporary items when you're in a bind!

Completing a location for the FIRST TIME will give you special rewards and sometimes, achievements! Levelling up your Dreamlands Progress will also net you ONE TIME level up rewards and time to time level up achievements!

THE MYSTERY MERCHANT:

You may also find [ DREAMLANDS MEDALLIONS ] on your Dreamlands journies! Simply turn them to the [ MYSTERY MERCHANT ] for Dreamlands exclusive prizes!
