ABOUT L-338: Regis Machina

Overseer of Machina, a state of clock-like efficiency. At some point the name behind this stygian's title was lost.

 

The Regis is a stone wall of a stygian who works tirelessly on a way to restore the original stygians fragmented into jars. It wasn't enough for him to see those torn apart in the war brought back blurred and disconnected. So he works tirelessly for a synthetic solution to these lost pieces, so far there hasn't been any reported success.

 

Raised Yuze (MYO-880) though the relationship is, at best, strained.

 

Answers to Regis, though Machina is also fine. Any "Mac"s will be ignored harshly.
